2. The petitioner wants correction in the relevant records.

The learned Special Government Pleader states that there is no rival claim or objection and that the request sought for by the petitioner will be considered and an appropriate communication setting out the results of the enquiry will also be sent to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
