ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.Paragraph 11 of the affidavit filed by the Management reads as follows:

"11.I humbly submit that the respondent take immediate steps to include the period of service from the date of absent (17.03.2012) to the date of labour court award (14.02.2017) and receipt of corresponding employer contribution amount of Rs.4.15 Lakhs, after adjusting the pension arrears."

3.The pensionary service of the writ petitioner would thus come to 18 years. The Management undertakes to pay pension to the petitioner accordingly.

4.This Contempt Petition stands closed.
