Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner's mini bus bearing Registration No.TN 69 E 9461 to enter into the Theni Old Bus Stand and New Bus Stand in the light of the proceedings issued by the Transport Commissioner in his letter No.90919/E2/2000, dated 29.11.2000 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the order dated 18.08.2020 has been passed during the pendency of the writ petition.

2.I suggested that the petition can be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one challenging the said order. 3.The Senior Counsel expressed his apprehension as regards https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2 W.P.(MD)No.8838 of 2020 delay. In order to allay the same, I direct the learned Government Advocate to be ready for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The learned counsel on record for the petitioner states that they will serve the papers on 01.09.2020 itself and the writ petition can come up for admission on 04.09.2020. The learned counsel on either side agree that the writ petition can be taken up for final at the admission stage itself.

5.With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs.
