2. The petitioner only seeks for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to cancel the subdivision in pursuance of the order of the first respondent, dated 14.08.2019.

3. Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent, dated 14.08.2019 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
