The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to pass orders on her representation dated 19.12.2023 seeking cancellation of patta issued to the respondents 4 & 5.

Considering that the petitioner's representation is pending from December 2023, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to hear the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 & 5 and pass final orders, in accordance with law and on merits, disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2023, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4
