ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that there is some unauthorised construction in the catchment area, adjacent to a tank.

2. Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the subject matter of the dispute is with regard to patta land.

3. Even otherwise, it is for the Revenue Authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner, if there is any

justification in the representation. We are not inclined to pass any specific direction in this disputed question of fact.
