Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to rectify the mistake in transferring patta for the property comprised in S.F.No.181/3, 9 and 15 covered in patta No.633, Ellupur Taluk, Kasavanu Panchayat, District Pudukkottai issued in favour of the third respondent on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 09.12.2013.
