The writ petition is filed against a Cooperative Society. The writ petitioner was an employee in the fourth respondent / Cooperative Society. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the terminal and retirement benefits were not settled to her.

2. Though the writ petitioner has to exhaust the remedy under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 (hereinafter, referred to as "the Act"), the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the fourth respondent / Cooperative Society has already settled the terminal and pensionary benefits of the writ petitioner as detailed below: 30.12.2014 50000 30.05.2015 50000 18.03.2016 50000 27.10.2016 50000 30.03.2017 239886 11.10.2017 25000 07.12.2017 25000 10.09.2018 50000 bkhj;jk;

3. In view of the fact that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. If at all any further grievance exists, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the competent authority under the Act.
