ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the impugned award passed in I.D.No.47 of 2016, dated 27.02.2020 by the learned Labour Court, Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though this civil revision petition has been filed against the order passed by the Labour Court, the petitioners are willing to conduct enquiry afresh by following the principles of natural justice. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has got no objections for the fresh enquiry.

C.R.P.(MD)No.662 of 2020 4.In view of the above, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Management to conduct an enquiry by giving opportunity to the respondent. Such an enquiry shall be completed, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
