O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the third respondent, as per the petitioner's representation, dated 18.09.2015 and 29.09.2015.

2. According to the petitioner, he is doing Cable T.V. business for the past 15 years at Krishnarayapuram. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given the representations to the respondents on 18.09.2015 and 29.09.2015 and so far, the said representations have not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representations within a time limit prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.09.2015 and 29.09.2015, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
