Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to implement his order in Na.Ka.No.1/2014/PRO/TACTV/Dated 7.1.2014 by way of linking Cable TV Net work signal to the petitioner's concern namely S.K.M. Cables, running at Singlipatti , Chokkampatti post, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District as MSO 10398 from Chokkampatti point forthwith in particular within a time stipulation as prescribed by this Honble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to implement his order in Na.Ka.No.1/2014/PRO/TACTV/Dated 7.1.2014 by way of linking Cable TV Net work signal to the petitioner's concern namely S.K.M. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cables, running at Singlipatti , Chokkampatti post, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District as MSO 10398 from Chokkampatti point forthwith.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier, the second respondent, by an order dated 07.01.2014 granted permission to link signal. Subsequently, the order was not implemented by the subsequent incumbent in favour of the petitioner.

3.Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that the second respondent will consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
