O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and file the final report, in Crime No.914 of 2012, before the concerned forum within a stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.914 of 2012 as mistake of fact after due investigation and filed a closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
