For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Cirme No.1797/2020 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A9, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,323,324 and 302 of IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is a case of double murder. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 26.07.2020. Due to previous enmity, on the date of occurrence all the accused persons is said to have attacked the deceased by name Murugan and Senthil and caused their death and also injured the defacto complainant. The petitioner's name is also found place in the First Information Report.

3. As per the First Information Report all the accused persons joined together and attacked the deceased and caused his death and also attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
