DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming upon for hearing on Friday, Fifteenth day of March 2019 and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MADHAVAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day and this Court while dismissing this Second Appeal doth order and decree as follows: 1.That the judgement and decree dated 30.06.2017 made in A.S.No14 of 2016 on the file of the Subcourt, Periyakulam, confirming the judgement and decree dated 24.06.2016 made in O.S.No.11 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Periyakulam , be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed.
