JUDGMENT

The sole respondent in the appeal died almost a year back. However, no steps have been taken. Even though the second appeal was listed on 17.06.2025, and again it was listed today, no steps have been taken to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent. It is evident that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the second appeal.

2. In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
