O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus directing the first to third respondents to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent for having registered a document in Survey Nos.58/2 and 58/3 vide Document No.125 of 2025 before the third respondent, by suppressing the existence of a bungalow in the said property, which has caused a loss of Rs.6,75,000/- to the Government, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first to third respondents would submit that the place was inspected and it was found that there was a superstructure and the value of the building was assessed at Rs.64,72,354/-. The resultant loss in stamp duty of Rs.4,53,065/-, registration charges of Rs.1,29,450/- and other charges of Rs.2,485/-, in Page No. 2 of 4

all totalling to a sum of Rs.5,85,000/-, has been recovered from the fourth respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
