ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the earlier complaint given to the All Women Police Station, after investigation, was already closed. Subsequently, the second complaint was given to the District Superintendent of Police and the same was forwarded to the respondent police, in which, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case made out against the petitioners, register F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
