: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015 given for the issuance of patta in S.Nos.259A/6B and 260A/2 in compliance of G.O issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.456, Rev.LD1(2) Department, dated 13.10.2014.

Mr.M.Murugan, the learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2015, wherein and whereby he seeks for issuance of a patta, as per G.O.Ms.No.456, Revenue Department, dated 13.10.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. According to the petitioner, the Government though has directed the District Collector, Thoothukudi, to re-classify the lands and issue patta to the Tiruchendur Parliamentary Adi Dravidar Welfare Association and however, the District Collector has not considered the request of the petitioner so far. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation, as stated supra.
3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 07.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
