The second appeal is directed against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.51 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputhur, dated 03.04.2018 reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.379 of 2005 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur, dated 08.07.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,19.07.2024), the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the matter was settled between the parties out of the Court.
