RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in CRL MP.(MD).No. 1981 of 2020 in CRL MP.(MD).No. 122 of 2020 in Crl.A.MD.No.368 of 2019 dated 27.02.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.122 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.368 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that initially this Court has passed a conditional order on 28.01.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagercoil twice a day at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m. Later the condition was modified on 27.02.2020 to appear daily at 10.30 a.m., until the further orders. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

CRL MP(MD) No.4013 of 2020 4.In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.122 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.368 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020. Hence, this petition is allowed.
