This petition is filed for extension of time stipulated by this Court vide order dated 18.11.2022 in W.P(MD)No.25156 of 2022.
2. As the petitioner has filed this extension petition stating that the petitioner was unable to mobilise funds within time, we gave time to pay the remaining amount. Despite giving time, the petitioner is not able to report compliance.
3. In such circumstances, we find no reason to exercise our discretion while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to entertain this petition.
