O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and to take action and to provide adequate police protection based on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 14.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
