The review applicants had withdrawn the writ petition in view of the order made in W.P.(MD)No.18337 of 2019 on 08.11.2022. Since, the said order was set aside and the review application has been allowed, it is just and necessary to set aside the order dated 16.12.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.7830 of 2020. The respondent also do not have objection. Therefore, W.P.(MD)No.7830 of 2020 has to be heard afresh. It is stated by the learned counsel on either side that similar issue has been raised in W.P.(MD)No.13416 of 2023. The Registry is directed to place the papers before the Hon'ble Administrative Judge and obtain order for posting W.P.(MD)No.7830 of 2020 along with W.P.(MD)No.13416 of 2023.

2.With this direction to the Registry, this review application is allowed. No costs.
