ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) submitted that order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12638 of 2021 dated 02.09.2021 has been complied with and also submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai and due to the non availability of FIR, it has been kept pending.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) that the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration. Hence, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Maduri shall process the same as per the rules and compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
