Prayer:- Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree of the I Additional District Court, Tirunelveli, dated 11.10.2018 made in Appeal Suit No.26 of 2017 preferred against the judgment and decree of the court of the Additional Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli made in Original Suit No. 288 of 2011 dated 24.11.2016.

DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Monday the Fourteenth day of March Two Thousand and Twenty Two, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.S.PALANIVEL RAJAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.S.Meenakshisundaram Senior Counsel for Mr.N.GA.Natraj, Advocate for the respondent, and stood over for consideration till this day, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- (1) That the Judgment and Decree of both the Courts below be and hereby are confirmed and this appeal is dismissed.
