O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents/Tahsildar and the Head Surveyor of Musiri Taluk Office, Trichy District, to conduct survey, with respect to lands in S.Nos. 260/2 and 260/9B at Thiruthalaiyur Revenue Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner had given an application on 27.02.2023 and also made necessary payment. The petitioner had also given representation on 08.03.2023.

2.A direction is issued to the respondents, to examine the representation of the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner and examine whether there are any other rival claims or disputes relating to subject land. If there are none, proceed to conduct survey of the lands. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is stands disposed. No costs.
