ORDER
Mr.A.Jeyaram, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and by consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.20,06,701/- approximately towards Gratuity, Pension Commutation, Provident Fund Amount, unavailed leave salary payable at the time of retirement, Social Security Scheme amount and unavailed leave salary payable for the years from 2010 to 2014 along with 18% interest, within the stipulated period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in respect of similar cases, this Court has directed the second respondent to pay the amount due in 12 equal intstalments with interest at the rate of 6% per annum. It is further stated that the said order made in W.P.(MD).No.14788 to 14790 of 2015 dated 18.08.2015 came to be passed after following the order of the Division Bench made in the Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD).Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 dated 12.06.2015. In support of his contention, he produced a copy of the said order passed in the said Writ Petition. 4.
The learned Counsel for the respondents Corporation is not disputing any of the above facts submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. On the other hand, she submitted that the respondent Corporation will pay the amount to the petitioner in 12 equal instalments, as in the case of other similarly placed persons.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to pay the amount due to the petitioner in 12 equal instalments commencing from 01.12.2015 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum. No costs.
