Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner claims to be in possession of the petition mentioned property. He is having a registered sale deed in his favour. His grievance is that the respondent authorities have not effected sub division and issued separate patta. He had given representation in this regard.

3. Notice was ordered and the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that steps have already been initiated in this regard.

4. The third respondent is directed to conclude the said exercise and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
