O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent forthwith to send report to the first respondent as per the communication of the first respondent dated 22.07.2021 relating to the case particulars of the petitioner's brother namely Thangamari, who died in the communal clash, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner belongs to Adi Dravida Pallar Community. He lost his father on 27.08.1995 and his brother on 08.02.1998 to the communal clash, which was happened at Kodiyankulam riots. At that time of occurrence, the petitioner was aged about 6 years. The Government of Tamilnadu has announced various scheme for the victims of the communal clash. Towards the death of his brother as a solatium one and half acres of land was given to our family. However, no relief was granted for the death of his father. Therefore, the petitioner approached the authorities concerned to provide any Government job on account of communal clash death of his father and his brother. He also made a representation to all the authorities concerned. However, it was not considered and as such he was constrained to approach this Court in W.P.(MD).No.2598 of 2018 and this Court by order dated 18.02.2021 directed the respondents to consider his representation. WP(MD). No.8882 of 2022 this Court, the first respondent has requested the second respondent by communication dated 22.07.2021 to send a report with regard to the death of the petitioner's brother in Crime No.67 of 1998 and the stage of the case and also to inform whether any provisions under Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes are included. On receipt of the same, the second respondent did not forward any necessary particulars as requested by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to forward particulars as requested by the first respondent by communication dated 22.07.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
