The petitioner, an employee of the fourth respondent-Co-operative Society, is before this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to take action against the fourth respondent for failure to remit both the employer's and employee's provident fund contributions to the second respondent, despite deduction of the employee's share from the petitioner's salary. The petitioner has submitted a representation in this 2/5
regard to the fifth respondent.
2. The petitioner specifically contends that his provident fund contribution has been regularly deducted from his salary; however, the fourth respondent has failed to remit the same to the second respondent.
3. Mr. P. Subbaraja, learned Special Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1, 3 and 4, submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. The said submission is placed on record.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
