ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 467 and 477(A)IPC in Crime No.12 of 2014, seek anticipatory bail.

2.This is second anticipatory bail petition. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) opposed this petition on the ground that earlier, the petitioner filed an anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6768 and that was dismissed on 19.05.2021 and the same was not mentioned in the present petition. 3.It is a case of cheating and misappropriation of money to the tune of Rs.4 Lakhs. Earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6768 of 2021 was dismissed on 19.05.2021 and there is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no whisper about the filing and dismissal of the earlier petition in the present petition. Therefore, it is apparent that the petitioner suppressed about the earlier petition and filed the present petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
