ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the third respondent has lodged a complaint on 24.12.2025 and after enquiry, it has been closed on 04.03.2026 and the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
