*********** Mr.M.Rajarajan, the learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 20.10.2015 pertaining to issuance of Form-7. It is stated that the petitioner has already made a requisition on 07.08.2015 itself by paying necessary fees. As the respondent has not issued form-7, the present representation has been given by the petitioner, on 20.10.2015.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that within the time stipulated by this Court, the request of the petitioner will be considered and orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the

petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
