When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint dated 22.03.2016 has been sent by the petitioner to the respondent through post and now the complaint has been transferred to the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thirumanyam.

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thirumanyam and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 22.03.2016 and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
