ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry in CSR No.9 of 2021 is pending against the petitioners.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case made out against the petitioners, register F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
