O R D E R

This writ petition is filed as against the order of suspension, dated 27.04.2021.

2.The petitioner, who is working as Sub Registrar, Ettayapuram was placed under suspension, by order impugned in this writ petition, on the ground that the petitioner registered some documents beyond her jurisdiction. Challenging the said suspension order, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition.

3.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the order of suspension, charge memo was also issued to the petitioner on 07.06.2021. The District Registrar, Kanyakumari was also appointed as an enquiry officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD) No.9538 of 2021 and 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that charge memo was issued on 07.06.2021 and enquiry officer has also been appointed, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the enquiry officer to conclude the enquiry within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the enquiry report, the Disciplinary authority shall take a decision within a period of four weeks from thereon. In the event, the respondents are not complying with the orders of this Court and conclude the enquiry within a reasonable time, the respondent shall review the order of suspension, dated 27.04.2021. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
