ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in a civil dispute having by the petitioner with the respondents 3 to 5.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition/no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
