Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to restore the petitioner's patta No.424 in respect of the petitioner land in Survey No.2/2B1 with extent of 42.395 cents (18707 Sq.f) situated at Raman Kulam Village,Kusavan Kundu, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai and to issue individual patta in favour of the petitioner's name based on the representation dated 27.04.2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's name figured in the revenue records in respect of the petition mentioned land as a joint pattadhar. But the petitioner's allegation is that her name is now not figuring in the revenue records. Seeking restoration of her name in the revenue records, she filed representation. Since it was not considered, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the enquiry into the petitioner's complaint has been fixed on 16.06.2022 at 03.00 p.m. The petitioner through her counsel undertakes to appear before the authority on the said date, time and venue.

4. The second respondent shall conclude the entire enquiry and pass final order on the petitioner's request within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
