This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint dated 16.03.2016 lodged through post to the respondents herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 16.03.2016, it is seen that the dispute is essentially between the landlord and the tenant and in order to give a criminal colour, it is stated that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the opposite party had threatened the petitioner. Hence, no

positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.03.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
