Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ or Order or Direction or in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 12.05.2021 to grant parole of 5 days from 1st to 6th June 2021 to the petitioners brother J.Aseithambi, S/o. Jayaraman (Life Convict Prisoner No. 21479) aged about 40 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Trichy, and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
