: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to review the order of suspension passed in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.67097/2012/Vu.Va.6, dated 04.10.2012 and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service by considering his representation dated 28.02.2013.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo of withdrawal, dated 08.11.2016, to the Registry seeking to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "The petitioner filed the above writ petition before this Hon'ble Court, to direct the 1st respondent to review the order of suspension passed in his proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

e.f.vz;.67097/2012/C.t.6, Dated 04.10.2012 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service by considering his representation dated 28.02.2013 within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Now, the petitioner praying this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to not press/withdraw the above said Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.20113 of 2015 and thus render justice."

2.In view of the memo of withdrawal filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
