ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the sole accused person in C.C.No.842 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioner charged with the offences under Sections 417, 420, 465 and 468 of I.P.C. 2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3.Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.842 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy stands quashed. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
