This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.18 of 2015 dated 29.03.2015 under Section 420 I.P.C. on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime NO.18 of 2015 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathoor, on 01.12.2015.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
