ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband was working as driver in the respondent Corporation. He died on 29.06.2017. All that the petitioner seeks is appointment on compassionate grounds for her son. The application was given with three years. The learned standing counsel appearing for the corporation states that the Management is maintaining a seniority list and appointments are made only as per the seniority.

3. The first respondent is directed to intimate the petitioner about the factual position within a period of three weeks.

4. With this direction to the first respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
