ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb and to the property comprised in S.No.704/9 situated at Komberipatti Village, Vedasendur Taluk, Dindigul, based on the petitioner representation dated 30.06.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.8238 of 2020 has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.341/2020, dated 04.08.2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
