ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and also his family members based on his representation dated 27.03.2023 within the time stipulated by the Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has borrowed loan from HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, SBI Bank Axis Bank and some other Banks. Now, he returned to India and job less. In spite of making request to grant some time to discharge the above said loans, the Bank engaged some agents and making trouble to the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint, enquiry is undertaken. But the petitioner did not appear.

4.Let the petitioner appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate him for enquiry. The Enquiry Officer shall dispose the complaint, 2/4

since there is no life threat at the hands of the Bank officials to the petitioner.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
