O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case against the culprits based upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.03.2016, investigate the same and to file final report against them in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 26.03.2016. It is also seen that the suit is pending in O.S.No.180 of 2010, in which interim injunction is ordered, despite which, the opposite parties have entered into sale agreement with certain third parties for the sale of the property and thus, the third parties cut certain trees. However, the respondent police, on the complaint given by the petitioner enquired the case and closed the same and the copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
