ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioners dated 12.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 12.01.2016 given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.141 of 2016 was registered and the same was closed as mistake of fact on 29.02.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
