ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2369 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. On perusal of the records and considering the nature of offence allegedly committed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed to the extent that the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2369 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025 is hereby modified as 'the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Srivilliputhur, weekly once i.e., on every first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders'.

5. The other conditions shall hold good.
