ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2018, on the file of the third respondent and to file a final report within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the third respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.09 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.
